Reflection:
This week I worked on using my wellness planner to track my food and exercise throughout the week.

I learned through my writing and documentation that I was mindful of what I was consuming and how much I was moving due to wanting to document it and remembering that I had to document it. I am feeling motivated to try hard and meet my goals.
I found it challenging to workout and eat healthy when pressed for time between classes and work. I also felt tired due to work and felt the need to snack on processed and unhealthy foods.
Before the next Genius Hour project I want to reflect and incorporate the use of my Apple watch and meal prep a health lunch on Sundays for the week. I want to see if these two aspects change the content of the wellness planner and impact how I feel about my goals.
The questions I have are:
1) Will a fitness track assist my progress and motivation level alongside the wellness planner?
2) Will meal prepping allow for me to make better healthy choices on a day-to-day basis?
Through using the tracker come the new week on Monday I'll be better able to answer this by the end of the week.
Moving forward I will document and post pictures of my wellness planner to map and showcase my results and progress.
