Hello and welcome friends!
I'm excited to welcome you to my blog, and start this new fitness journey with you all!
My Goals:
1. Get fit!
As someone eager to stay active and move, I want to set a goal of working out 3 times a week for 30 minutes and eat healthy (as best I can!)
2. Document my journey
Document and write down what I eat and do in terms of exercise in a planner everyday.
Measuring My Progress
1. This will be done by entering my day to day progress for 30 days.
2. I want to lose a healthy 8 pounds! I will be documenting my start and end weight, alongside my halfway point.
3. I will write an emoji/ draw my feelings everyday at the end of the day in the planner to see how these changes and implementations make me feel.
